BOOST HQ is an after-school experience intentionally designed for kids with ADHD and executive-function challenges. Through structured support, movement, creativity, social connection, and real-world skill building, kids strengthen focus, organization, emotional regulation, positive behavior, confidence, and independence—all while getting homework done and having fun.

Homework + Executive Functioning — Kids get homework done while practicing organization, planning, task initiation, time management, and follow-through.

STEM + Problem-Solving — Hands-on challenges build persistence, flexible thinking, problem-solving, and confidence when things don't work the first time.
The Studio
Creativity + Self-Expression — Creative projects give kids opportunities to express themselves, regulate emotions, make decisions, and build confidence.
Game Station
Games + Social Skills — Games become opportunities to practice patience, communication, teamwork, sportsmanship, flexible thinking, and handling frustration.

Movement + Regulation — Purposeful movement gives kids an outlet for energy while supporting self-regulation, body awareness, impulse control, and focus.

Life Skills + Independence — Kids practice communication, responsibility, self-advocacy, problem-solving, routines, and everyday skills that build independence.
